Grass. Smoldering fire behavior. The fire was burning in the Phillips Creek
Fire of last year.

Suppression. Cause: Unknown. 32,170 acres (+1,043). 45% containment. Timber.
Moderate fire behavior. The fire has burned into the Monument Rock
Wilderness. Road, trail and area closures in effect. Continued mop-up, line
construction and burn out as conditions allow.
