Cause: Unknown. 13,505 acres (+1,306). 12% containment. Timber. Active fire behavior with uphill runs, torching and short-range spotting. Road, trail and area closures in effect. Continue direct and indirect line construction, secure containment lines and burn out as conditions allow. Transfer of command from IMT2 (Harrod) to IMT2 (Sheldon) planned on 8/16.
