15 miles west of Joseph, OR. Start 10/1. Monitor and Full Suppression. Cause:
Human. 750 acres (+0). 0% completed. Timber. Minimal fire behavior with
creeping and smoldering. Transfer of command to ICT4 took place 10/4. No threats
reported. All resources pulled off of the fire line continue to monitor on an
as needed basis. Last report unless
significant activity occurs.
