Start 10/1. Monitor and Full Suppression. Cause: Human. 750 acres (+0). 0% completed. Timber. Minimal fire behavior with interior torching. Transfer of command to ICT4 planned for today. Limited threats reported. Continue confinement on the east flank, mop-up and monitor.
