Joseph Canyon Fire + Dry Creek Fire

We are working with partners to respond to two active wildfires that developed overnight in northeast Oregon / Wallowa County.  The US Bureau of Land Management and Oregon Department of Forestry are involved in the response to the Joseph Canyon Fire along the OR-WA border.  The Wallowa-Whitman National Forest is leading the response to the Dry Creek Fire, which is burning in Oregon, north of Frog Pond Butte and northwest of the confluence of the Snake & Salmon Rivers.  Necessary resources have been deployed and ordered.  Both incidents are evolving, and we will provide additional information as it is available and confirmed.
